Refund policy

Fan Friends is committed to 100% customer satisfaction, that’s why we offer a 7-day returns policy.

Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. You will then be given a ‘Return Authorisation Code’ and you can return your order to us. Please do not return any items to us without first receiving a ‘Return Authorisation Code’.

Please ensure that the items are well packaged so that they do not get damaged in transit. While not required, it is recommended that you send the item(s) back to us with tracked post. All returns must be received within 14 days of being given a ‘Return Authorisation Code’.

Once received, we will inspect the items and provided they are in an unused, resalable condition, you will receive a refund of the purchase price minus a 10% restocking fee. We are unfortunately unable to refund shipping costs, this includes the cost to return the item(s) to us.

Our 7-day returns policy excludes custom made orders and any items listed as 'Sold As Seen'.
