• Returns Policy


    Fan Friends is committed to 100% customer satisfaction, that’s why we offer a 7-day returns policy.

    Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. You will then be given a ‘Return Authorisation Code’ and you can return your order to us. Please do not return any items to us without first receiving a ‘Return Authorisation Code’.

    Please ensure that the items are well packaged so that they do not get damaged in transit. While not required, it is recommended that you send the item(s) back to us with tracked post. All returns must be received within 14 days of being given a ‘Return Authorisation Code’.  If the return is not received within 14 days of being confirmed, the return will be cancelled.

    Once received, we will inspect the items and provided they are in an unused, resalable condition, you will receive a refund of the purchase price minus a 10% restocking fee, or an exchange. For exchanges, a $5 reduced-rate shipping charge will apply and must be paid prior to your exchange being shipped.

    If an exchange is required and the item being exchange for is at a greater cost than the original order, the difference must be paid prior to the new item being sent.

    We are unfortunately unable to refund shipping costs, this includes the cost to return the item(s) to us.

    Our 7-day returns policy excludes custom made orders.


    Our fan covers come with a 12-month warranty, effective from the date of purchase. 

    This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.  During the Warranty Period, we will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

    We will either repair or replace the product at no charge.  Where the original design and/or colour is unavailable a store credit may be issued for the value of the purchase price.

    This Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by, conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
